Wikipedia simply defines pet play as “the voluntary transformation of a human being to animal status, and focus on the altered mind-space created.”
What is the Official Human Pet Registry (OHPR)?
The OHPR is a free site for all Human Pets, Owners and Handlers. Each registered pet receives a unique number that can be used on ID tags, and license certificates.Forums are used to discuss pet play in its entirety respecting the law on bestiality.
All pets are encouraged to join.

The OHPR is loosely based off of The Slave Registry but is only focused on pet play. NOT all pets identify as slave/submissive.
